MH Insurance comparison

I've just had my renewal quote through. It's not gone up by much but it was quite high anyway.

What do most people do when looking for quotes? As far as I know there is only a few companies that will provide MH cover so I am guessing there isn't a comparison site as such.

You can do it on comparison site but when you pick one they direct you to the insurer's site which often brings up totally different results or inadequate cover.
I think it's best to shop around the well known Motorhome insurers.

Try Safeguard Insurance
Not exactly a comparison sites but a good starting place. Can include breakdown and trips to Europe. Green card and smartwater also included.

We use Comfort who are underwritten by Aviva. There is no long list of questions of Thatcham approved clamps and locks. All they want to know is if you have a Tracker.

Just renewed with Aviva today, under written through Victor Millwell Insurance Agency ( Comfort ).
£384 with van valued at £71k , same price as last year.
10k miles a year.
Unlimited windscreen cover.
Kept at home, postcode AB11.
61 years young male driver.
Fitted with Vanbitz Growler and non starter.
Does not include breakdown cover, use Nationwide for that.
