Metz is full next week

Just emailed the municipal site in Metz to check on availability and try to reserve a pitch for a night next week.
Thought I’d sooner pay a bit more and have some facilities than pay for the Aire outside the gates.
Anyway, in short, the site replied and said we are full.

I would suspect that if the site is full, the Aire outside will be full.
May need a nearby back up plan.

7 spaces on the Aire they are free, plenty of room in the carpark, but charges 9 - 18 but I don't think anyone checks judging by the number of vans alway there.

As it turns out, there’s loads of space!
We arrived earlier with a view to trying the Aire. There was about 2 spaces but it looked tight for my mh. The car park at the front was more busier with mh’s but then the chap from the campsite came out to the barrier and said he had space so here we are. More expensive than the aire but 4x as much space and electric so Mrs GAVLAD happy she can use her hair dryer (and it’s 39degrees!)

And for the DIY converters out there - we’ve seen loads of ex fire engines (it’s like a busmans holiday!)
