Metatrak System Status - red square

Not an urgent question at all but I have noticed that the square next to System on the Device Status menu on the app is red. For the immobiliser and ignition the red square means immobilised and ignition off. Just wondered if it is normal to have the red square next to "system". I phoned Metatrak but they said that they didn't know what I meant so I thought I would ask here out of curiosity. Of course I probably didn't know what I meant but the question was met with a complete blank so I am sure someone here will know. They asked if I had the new app but I didn't know so maybe it has all changed. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would think something is wrong as if correct should show "NORMAL"

Just checked mine.
SYSTEM is a red SQUARE (and a 2020 date)
SYSTEM OPERATING MODE shows as NORMALand a Sept 2022 date

I'm running the latest App and my current status shows:

Immob = Red Square ( Engine and ODB port blocked, engine wont start even if FOB is present in vehicle)
Ignition = Red Square (Engine is not running)
System Operating Mode = Normal
Privacy Mode = Disabled
Vehicle Battery Voltage = 27.8V
Internal Battery status = Green Square.
