Meta Trak Non-Starter

Having problems with our Meta Trak app. When I bring the map up it flashes across the bottom "monitoring disabled", the app also doesn't seem to be updating. It's a bit worrying as, if the vehicle was stolen, it looks like we wouldn't be able to track it. I also drove it up and down the storage yard a few times on Thursday and it doesn't show on the "journey score". eddievanbitz any ideas? I did send an email to Meta Trak last week, but no reply.

Yes, until next year. We did a three year renewal after the first year.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR LOG IN DETAILS if you do this, there was pandemonium on Boxing Day last year when the apps auto updated and a lot of people (me included) was locked out of the app because we didn’t keep a note of those details?

Metatrak are working with reduced staffing number, I went into work on Friday and was emailing them.

I’m in tomorrow so if you email me your details eddie@vanbitz we’ll get it sorted

In the meantime, delete the App and download it a again, put your details in and see if that corrects it?

No, I haven't. I did log out and back in.
