It is okay / legal to take prescribed Oramorph in liquid form to European countries, particularly France, Spain and Portugal?

You can take any prescribed medicine with you. You can also obtain that here in spain but you would probably need some sort of Uk prescription or the container/box to show at the Farmácia

I do not know that drug, but when I lost a bag with my prescription drugs in Gran Canaria, which are mostly hypertension and gout preventative drugs, I was pleasantly surprised that the pharmacist could provide all without prescription.

Yes but depending on the quantity +/- concentration you may need a licence

It’s liquid morphine. The regulations around it’s transport and prescribing abroad would be stricter than your routine medications.

I would make sure that you take a copy of your prescription with you to prove it is prescribed.
