Maxview dome base (1 Viewer)

I know you can get a new dome cover for the maxview sat but is it possible to get a new base, has anyone had to replace one?
I have emailed Maxview recently but no answers yet.

Try Automate. They are near to Newark,they have a direct line to Maxview,so maybe the lads to get you cooking again.

Maxview are probably shut down for the holiday.
They are an importer/factory, not a shop.
