Now you might think I'm a skin flint... I need one of the above and can only find them for sale in a minimum quantity of five. This is needed to make a connection in my Schaudt EBL panel. I'm not trying to save money as such, but it seems daft to buy five, use one and have the rest lying around for 20 years in my shed until I throw them out. If you have a spare one please let me know. Do you know if I need a specific crimper for this type of connection or can I just use pliers? Thanks Martin

You need the same crimper as used for most uninsulated connectors but for a one-off I'd solder it. Don't rely on a plier crimp other than to crimp the insulation. You can buy a single one from AEP UK but it will cost as much as your pack of 5. Whatever you choose make sure it's supplied with inserts - quite often they're sold separately.

Try an auto jumble

I just used my normal electrical crimpers and a pair of pliers, not problem at all.

These were made by TE connectivity, formerly Tyco Electronics, formerly AMP.
Look up the website and request a sample. They should send you one free including terminals and yes, crimp with pliers and solder.
I used to work for them but do not have any spares anymore.
