2011 Swift Sundance, sidelights working fine all marker lights out, checked all bulbs and connections at holders. all good......any pointers please

underneath at the back of the cab is a Fiat connector that the converters use for the marker lights

Thanks... just to clarify, do you mean at the backof the chassis in the rear light area or the back of the cab as in behind the driver/ passenger seats

Mine needed an extra earth fitting.

Had this on mine. My issue was a fuse blown, it as located in harness below seatbelt mounting on driver side. Remove trim around the b pillar and look closely at wiring harness. Mine was located in a small rubber shrouded connector, not obvious with quick look. Probably same on yours

When the vehicle is built, it has multiple options including a bare cab with no chassis. So there is a plug underneath behind the uk drivers seat. As mentioned, some use the D pillar to run cables up and on rare occasions add a fuse. This provides the live wire for the marker lights over the cab. The earth/negative is run back to metal on the cab

ive had the trim off up the pillar and across the floor to the passenger side and apart from cleaning lots of swarf and debris from the loom everything seems fine, and no fuse, the fuse in the sergeant control unit (fuse 3, 7.5a )marker lights is intact and has 12v when i tested and earthed to the metal of the cab... ?
