I’ve got a friend are travelling back up from Spain through France in a motorhome and they just wanted to know what it was like he’s got no Internet connection

My understanding is, if your friend is crossing the Chanel this evening before 00.00hrs he will be ok without quarantine. Anytime after that, he will need to quarantine if enters from France. Best to enter from Spain via ferry.
