Magnum Motorhomes do it again!!

Just a quick post to say how impressed I have been with this company's responses to problems over the past two years of dealing with them.

In my opinion, how a company deals with an issue after a sale is a true indicator of their service. We bought a few items from Magnum during the build in 22/23 and have had problems with two of them, both manufacturers issues not Magnum issues.

On both occasions they have been very quick to respond, very flexible with the solution and, I would say, have done much more than I would have expected.

Great to see good service can still be found, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for MH kit, from replacement Fridges and Awnings to Pipe clips and Cables.

I first went to Magnums about 10 years ago. I had a shed load of stuf on counter. An item was picked up, are you sure you want this? if its for that (item further down counter) then you want one of these (turned around to tool cupboard, does a much easier better job. YES it did. I was ready with a stereo typical responce then thought yes she's probably right. They all know thier products/ bussiness.

We are fortunate in that we only live 15 miles away so go in quite often. Ken who started it off now leaves it most of the time to his family which is one or two sons and his daughter. We called in the other day and as usual they were busy parcelling things up as they do a lot of mail order business. It’s worth a look around especially if you combine it with a trip to Cleethorpes.

Surely this thread should be under The "Reviews" section as anyone providing a decent service to all is well worth a shout out thesedays, even I will now have a look to see what they have on offer.
