Just a quick post to say how impressed I have been with this company's responses to problems over the past two years of dealing with them.
In my opinion, how a company deals with an issue after a sale is a true indicator of their service. We bought a few items from Magnum during the build in 22/23 and have had problems with two of them, both manufacturers issues not Magnum issues.
On both occasions they have been very quick to respond, very flexible with the solution and, I would say, have done much more than I would have expected.
Great to see good service can still be found, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for MH kit, from replacement Fridges and Awnings to Pipe clips and Cables.
