Have you tried the mylpg.eu. App or website.. 👍
Does seem to be an issue in some areas of the country.

many thanks tonka have located some .....fingers crossed with access !

I've just filled up with LPG in Germany. 1.09€ (0.91p) per litre. 0.95p UK price before I left.

I filled at Morrisons Consett (North East) before leaving £1.07 😭

The shortage seems to be more acute in the South East.
Pre-pandemic there were 5 within 25 miles of home. 2 have removed the pumps and for months none of the other 3 (Bolney, Hickstead, Patcham) have had supplies when I've visited. Believe it or not the nearest to me which will have LPG is in Dieppe - a 20 mile drive from my home. Fortunately I'm going that way shortly.

Not much use to the OP, but maybe of use to others. No LPG at Morrisons Ipswich at 5pm today. First time I’ve known this to happen at this particular location. The guy in the kiosk was extremely helpful, ask which direction I was heading and gave details of Co Op at Framingham who had plenty at £0.89ppl. Added c10 miles to my journey but worth the peace of mind.

Just “filled up” at Tebay services M6 Southbound. A bit embarrassing really, LPG 93p a litre and we spent the princely sum of £3.84. Anyway, we are brimmed and ready for our first Euro trip for 3 years.

I updated lpgeu on that day. Not sure whether the garage on Ito way ME8 has any but they do sell it as a rule. It's a co.op.

I've also found heating oil and LPG domestic gas supplier sometimes have a pump.

I popped into the garage at Ford just west of Shrewsbury today, they've had their price all lit up on their sign set at £1.37 :Eeek: for the past 4 weeks, guess what? They have none left. :(
Have checked a 50 mile radius online and there's none to be had anywhere. Don't know where to go from here as we're going to the Caravan Clubfest soon which only has 6amp EHU so the microwave isn't really an option  Are things going to get better ..... or worse? :(

The best source for UK information is Filllpg or Autogas. Mylpg.eu is supposed to be good on the continent but the UK information is frequently out of date. Filllpg is very slow to load so you have to be patient but the information is generally up to date and worth waiting for.

6A ehu is aroung 1500w so should run a microwave if nothing else is on at the same time.

The way things look it could be more solar to top up our Lipo batteries ☹️

Thanks, the manual states that the microwave is 1200W would prefer to have some Lpg rather than leaving it to chance, will probably take the small camping stove we have at home just in case of powercuts (y)

I always look to refill mine when it is about half empty when it will take about £20 worth.
I never realised that a shortage could be an issue until a week ago when I noticed that all 3 local stockists had none.
We've got less than half full if the gauge is to be believed which I don't :whistle2:

This is not the first time there have been winter supply issues with lpg. For those that lay up their vans for the winter the solution may be to fill up before lay up, just as you should do for diesel. Come spring you are ready to go without having to play hunt the lpg.

Refilled the Safefill Bottles at the end of Winter/Spring outings, before we head off MId May, this morning at Morrisons, St Ives, Cambs 82.4p/Litre ......Morrisons also are good for Lpg at Cambourne, Cambs

Happy to say one of the advantages of living up north - we don’t appear to be suffering the same shortages as other areas! 🤞
