I’m driving from Frome to Portscatho in Cornwall next week. Anyone know where I can get some lpg on route. My local place in Frome has had their pump out of order every time I’ve looked in there recently.

Depends on your route if you cut through the A358 Ilminster comes out at junct 25 M5 then Sainsbury other side of junct has it £0. 69.9p

Haldon hill has it £0.99 but on the opposite side but cut towards race course and back across to cafe. Can be done.
TRAGO MILLS at 1st Newton Abbot turn off.
SALTASH after the tunnel shell stn top of the hill.
poss further down, but have let my kernow passport lapse 😁
Good pasties on route at Tideford
Brays butchers.
Enjoy your trip.

Frome to Esso at Podimore, via A361, A359, A303, A30, M5, A38 straight into Cornwall, why bother going to Taunton

Thanks everyone. Seems there is more around than I thought. Should be able to plan a route that goes past at least one of the above.

Podimore at A37/A303 roundabout or Lydford on Fosse

Do you live in frome? We do 😊

A question for a question as I am a MH newbie. Have underslung tank on my boxer rhythm. Decided to isolate for first time yesterday. Reading shows 3/5 full but no gas from oven or grill since turning back on. Is there a reset button I need to be aware of?
Also never filled before and my connection is different to the fill station . See attached

The UK male spigot seems to be missing from your set up, to couple to pump nozzle.

Are your taps all turned on?

Where did you isolate it?

Revrese your procedure and listen for gas at the hob??

Are your taps all turned on? Yes

Where did you isolate it? Just at red taps , already reversed although did forget to open when hooked up and put Truma on to heat water but I think the 240 would override. Should still have gas to cooker though

Your 4th picture is showing the appliance isolation valves in the on position.
You should never touch those valves they are purely for servicing or isolation of a faulty appliance, just isolate gas at supply , do in your case the solenoid valve.
You will require this Bayonet fitting for filling :

Thanks for the tips. Where would I find solenoid valve? Do I require a competent gas engineer to correct it and get my supply back online?

Solenoid should click when you operate the switch on your gauge if you have one ,
Turn red taps do they are horizontal arrow facing to the outlet pipe .

The BP Services at the Cornwall Services near St Austell have LPG on pumps 1 and 2. Filled up both bottles a couple of weeks back. £1 per litre.

Trago Mills just off the Exeter to Plymouth Road at Drumbridges roundabout. Bit of a pain having to queue as it’s the cheapest fuel station for miles.

Try this app on the Apple App Store… always been accurate and up to date for me.

Morrison’s supermarket, Teignmouth. Filled up there a few weeks ago.

Exeter, marquise.

If you search Flogas Key Sites you will find one near Wellington just off the M5. At that site you don't need to be a member but the price is less if you are. That said Sainsbury just off the M5/J25 is normally the cheapest.

LPG at Thornfalcon Garage between Langport and Taunton at junction of A378 and A358.

Just filled up at John Stayt, Weston-super-Mare……91p litre.
