Personally I think they Need to PAY us to go there. Spent too much time working and driving in London in the Past. If we go there now, it's by train and Tube.
I hate London now but there is one good point. If you cant afford to go abroad just go to London as you'll be the only one speaking English giving you that abroad feel
I dont think it will make much difference to them Jim. Caravans being towed by petrol feuled cars are exempt from the charges. Its only diesel engined motorhomes that will be affected and the Caravan Club dont really want them anyway.
Don't think I would agree with that. We had a very warm welcome from the warden at Abbey Wood when we were there in January. There seemed to be more motorhomes than towed vans there at the time. In fact, we've never been made to feel unwelcome at any CC site. Graham
I notice when arriving with an RV that you get a warmer welcome in CC sites if the warden is a motor homer. Not had any real issues so far but hardly use the club sites now.
Agree with that always felt welcomed by the Caravan Club at any of their sites in a motorhome. Also always in their magazine motorhome related articles .My main comment would be dont knock our clubs because there are plenty of other more dangerous organizations out there to do that.
