Trying to create a new account and asking for my mobile number tried missing the 0, tried adding 44 then knocking off the 0 but keeps saying invalid number and help on the format it needs to be entered in

managed to create an account with my land line and its saying its going to send a sms to confirm account which I cannot get on a line line driving me nuts

Have you tried +44 and then your number (without the leading 0)?

yes worked for land line but not my mobile which I tried first now am stuffed because land line will not except verifying code.

Please ignore this thread apparently if completed more than 7 days in advance it all gets wiped out.

Had similar problem with my Test ref number.(CONFI000ETC) Would nor accept it.Tried for over an hour.Turns out I was entering a 1 and it should have been a capital I,,eye.What a plonker.BUSBY.
