My lnb is at 11 o’clock & this is to get the Intelsat 907, we are thinking we may have to change back to Astra 2 sat. Could anybody tell me what’s the required skew angle as this was changed before to receive the other frequency needed to get Intelsat.

Hi Welcome..

for Astra 28.2 Skew varies from about 15º in the north of Scotland to around 22º in the south west of England, always rotate clockwise as viewed facing the front of the dish.

At what ‘time’ on the clock do your wires exit the LNB? Depends where you are in Europe will depend on the LNB skew needed.

The wires exit at 5 o’clock from my memory, do they need to be around 7 or 8 area. Thanks

I am in Alicante region

You could try entering your location and required satellite into the the linked too web tool the skew angle is reported at the bottom.

Skew for Alicante should be about -31 so clockwise so you’re wires exit around 7 to 8 o’clock

I’ve had British tv in Alicante with the wires at 7 with an 85cm dish...

Intelsat907 LNB wire position 4 o clock for us. Good signal.
