we are on our way to Bruge,but our tunnel is early evening.can anyone suggest an aire around say lille area that we can pull in for the night .ta

We were looking at Lille but no aire so google mapped the area looking at different places on the satellite an to the north west of Lille is the football ground and certainly looks like an unofficial aire to me. well i ve got my eye on a free night there. Otherwise there is a france passion outside. PS i wouldnt go lille way to bruges from calais

gravelines is on the way, early evening in france is very dark now probably dark by 4.30

Got to be gravelines don't know when you are going but they put on a very respectable Xmas market there as well
