Nice evening, in a nice carpark, long live FLT.

Well apart from the gift they left us, some semi fizzy red German plonk, not only undrinkable you wouldn't even want to clean the drains out with it.

Moved a few km down the road now at Pont-a-Mousson. A very nice Aire in the marina €10/night.
Service, EHU, WiFi & use of washers & dryer included, also some showers.
Need to get here before 2pm to get a place.

Year got that wrong gave it 3 min a side 1½-2 would have been perfect.

P.S. an apology we forgot to get the nibbles out last night.

I put the German plonk in the fridge, I've had a couple of beers & ½ a bottle of decent plonk, I'll see what it tastes like later, probably still like sh*t but I probably won't notice.

Wash day, there is a free washer & dryer but can't use them until 2pm & then people are queuing up for it easier to do it yourself.

Aire a lot quieter today Aire did not fill up until this evening, yesterday was a public holiday as Father's day fell on Sunday.

Met a lovely couple of Funsters tonight they are in a Hymer next to us.
Now this is very embarrassing, before we went to bed I asked them their names for the second time but having been on the G & T's and then the vin by the time I had walked 10 yds back to our van I have completely forgotten their names.

Please forgive me you lovely couple in a Hymer B544 with the Labrador that loves licking me.

Lenny, very surprised at your comment about Fathers Day being carried forward.

1. FD is not usually a jour ferie
2. JF are not carried forward, if they fall on a weekend, tant pis.
3. France tends to be closed on Mondays
4. Maybe it is the German influence

Looked up public holidays on line and it was listed.

Moved up stream a bit went 15km to Millery took us 25-30km to get there due to road closed. Beside the river but right beside the road so moved another 15km to Liverdun. All on our own here, very plesent.
Just look at that blue sky and it's warm at last 29°.
