My problem is messy to explain but I give it a try!

If the car is started or if the ignition is on, my left high beam is always on together with low beam.
If I turn off the high beam, the left high beam is still on and there is a buzzing sound from the headlight, I think it is the motor for electric high and lowering light that sounds, but im not sure. When the high beam is on, the buzzing stops from the electric high and lowering light.
When I removed the fuse that goes to the left high beam, the high beam CONTINUE to shine, however, the buzzing stop.

When I removed the fuse that goes to the right high beam, the high beam stopped working - which is completely correct.

Hope you understand the explanation better than I understand the electrical fault.

The car is a Fiat Ducato Twin 2009

Camper van

Are the bulbs correctly mounted into the headlight?
Are the height adjusters working/moving the headlight?
i assume these are standard Ducato headlights.

May be a bad earth or a canbus fault. The buzzing will probably be the height adjustment motor. May be worth looking at this thread:-

Thanks for the replay.

I tested all combination to mount the bulbs.
The adjusters dont move, its just this buzzing sound.
Yes its the standard headlights :)

And height adjustment motor dont work, is the motor located inside the headlight?

What you describe, I think, boils down to the high beam getting electricity from somewhere it shouldn't. If you can, carefully examine all the wires going in to the unit for wear and tear, in particular damaged insulation on at least two wires that are touching. It's not unheard of for rats and mice to chew wiring when vehicles are parked up.

Hi I have a 2003 ducato (244) and the headlight adjustment motor is in the headlight.

Yeah I think thats my option, some wire problem.
I dont think changing the whole headlight will help.

check the wiring behind the headlight wiring on my citroen relay lays on a body join that sticks up and might have chaffed through

Just a thought you could disconnect your cab battery for a few mins then reconnect. That may reset any relays or canbus modules
