Leaking water boiler tank

Noticed water dripping from the water boiler tank waste pipe. If I was to empty the water boiler , from frost in the pipes, thats where its leaking from.

Could it be the pressure or am i missing somthing ?

i beleive the automatic frost protection dump valves can leak and drip water.
some one will know the cure but it may mean a new dump valve.

Could be some calcium build up from hard water, haven't got a real clue but if you can get at it, try operating it a few times.
