Kon Tiki 669 ladder (1 Viewer)

Evening everyone.

We've recently bought a 2009 Kon Tiki 669. I've seen various forum threads about the locking mechanism vibrating loose on them so that's something I'm aware of and need to look out for.

What I'm looking for is a 'ladder lock' if such a thing is available. The type of thing I mean is like a large plate that fits over the rungs of the ladder to stop people from climbing it - you see them on building sites etc. I know it's not much of a deterrent but anything's better than nothing right?!! Does anyone know if such a thing is available and if so where from?

When I owned a 669 we had issues with the locking ladder. Simple cheap fix. Small Velcro strap just above lock job done. It’s not as though you use the ladder all the time
