I bought some vent covers from a trader of ebay, Having bought the motorhome secondhand wasn't sure witch to get, so a few measurements later and the right ones were ordered, when they arrived i fitted them at night, 4 days later i realised id ordered the wrong colour but id already thrown the packaging away, I asked the trader if there is anything he could as it was entirely my fault,
without fuss he simply said send them back, so I did and he sent me the right ones, I was expecting a postage charge/20% restocking fee etc but nothing, He didnt want penny and they arrived today as quick as he sent the last ones.
I was very please as I love a bit of good service and I will not hesitate to recommend to everyone and use again myself:thumb:
