Hi All, have just become a member, have visited you several times in the last few weeks and felt it was time to join as you offer lots of info on topics which interest me and also help with possible fixes and alterations..
I have an old Talbot motorhome. Member of talbotoc.com. She was born in about 1984, but is a Q plate. Many of her features have changed since before I got her.
We only go to Sites with EHU. And as the gas fire was condemned removed it to put in a low wattage plinth heater. Also removed the Truma 10L water heater and replaced it (with a bit of jiggling and so on) with a 10L propex 240v.
Am looking to replace the gas hob with an induction hob but that may take some time.
We are both over 60 nearer 70. And enjoy maybe 6 or 7, 4 and 5 night breaks local to us. Interested in golf, cycling, walking and enjoying not being at home. Our son who is in his 30's nearer to 40 also comes with us. He does most of the barbecue cooking.
As a small backup in case caught without 240v we have a makita 18v coffemaker, cadac gas cylinder bbq, Tins of beans.
Well that's about it. Probably too much info but looking forward to spending some more time with you.
