Just bought my first motorhome

Not knowing your circumstances re being a wage slave 👔 or a pension sponger (like me 😬) but if you have chance to attend a moho fun rally before string of for Le Mans, then just let people know you're coming and you will get all the help and advice you need.
Best wishes and enjoy !!

Russ N Tracey The Newbury show does look like a lot of fun! But the purpose of this first trip is just to test everything out and make sure I know how to use it. I want to go local, so if anything goes wrong I can just head back home. I imagine I'll be spending most of my time tinkering and fiddling more than socialising. Maybe next time though!

Grummyb Sadly my mechanic friend doesn't have the facilities for something this big. I am hoping to do what I can myself though.

Geistguy Habitation battery is 100aH lead acid, looks quite new. I do plan to upgrade all of the electrics at some point, I want to be able to work in it eventually, without being reliant on shore power.

MisterB Still very much a wage slave sadly, but I work from home and it's just me, no partner or kids... part of the point of the motorhome is to get me out of the house more, and you know.. live a little

even more opportunity to attend some rallies then, just lock yourself away for your 'working period' and enjoy the evenings and weekends ...... assuming you can do that of course, subject to internet availability
