That was my reaction when I first saw the clip on YouTube. Looks like “propper “ wood, not plywood or laminate.

ditto on above, where is she..? 70k sounds a lot of money... but it is nice and the security would be better then a more “normal” layout..

would love too and will do a winter like the second video sometime.... but what the hell is breakfast sausage gravy...? ?

The lady is in Australia, judging by the accent and number plate. Au$70,000 would be about £35,000. I noticed that many of the cupboards and drawers were fiddly and sticky to open, plus the fridge was tiny. Also, where were the fly screens? I couldn’t see any corks dangling from string.

Yes, £35k would get you a nice professional converted van with a proper shower, toilet and fridge here in the U.K.

But it wouldn’t have the charm..?
