Staying at Jasmin camping in Sandilands, Sutton on Sea, at the moment. Brilliant site, lots of space, friendly campers, very dog friendly. Great walks from the site. 15mins to beach along safe paths and another 15 mins along the promenade into Sutton on Sea. We will definitely be visiting again. Forgot to say dog friendly beach all year.

We stayed at Sutton on sea a couple of weeks ago but had to stay at another campsite near Jasmine Camping because we had our Granddaughter with us. We walked to Sutton on Sea both days we were there and loved it ?
We will be visiting there again?

Yessss.... but the bloody Olive trees are getting out of hand, much to JJ 's chagrin and much to@Jims delight...
All well and good Jim, but if you do not do something shortly folk will have trouble getting on the site !

The beach at Sutton on Sea is dog free in the summer months but ok either side of the the main beach in town and ok in Sandilands closest to the site.

the bar down the road " the fat seagull" i think its called has good food and pleasant people.

we had a really nice few days at Jasmine back a few weeks ago.

will definitely do it again if we are in that area...

Yes you can have the dog off the lead all year. There is only a tiny part in the centre of Sutton on Sea that is for bathers only. The site is in Sandilands which is all dog friendly. It's wonderful. There are also lots of public footpaths where you can have the dog off the lead straight from the site. Highly recommend Sandilands for dogs. The cafe is called fat seagull which is lovely, although there is plenty of places in Sutton on Sea 15 min walk on the promenade.

Any dispensation on the no kid rule Jim for a Fun member?
Wife doesn’t fancy leaving our 6yr old outside the gate and says she’s better behaved than some dogs we’ve seen on sites
