Just search ACSI website. Select Italy and then whatever region you are looking to visit. All the campsites asssossiated with ACSI are listed. Even better if you are travelling outside peak time, get the ACSI discount card (£14) and the most you will pay at discounted listed sites would be 22E

ACSI can be worth it in Italy if you off season as site fees can be quite high. Perhaps not as high as the UK but sometimes close!
