Is this a TV wall bracket? (1 Viewer)

I think this is a quick release mount for a TV arm. I'm thinking of a Avtex and soundbar with a decent flexible arm. The ones I have seen don't seem to fit this mount; I could of course replace it, but would be nice to find the arm to go with it.

Any ideas please...?
