Is there any extra security for rotary door handles?

Hi, does anyone know of any added security systems designed for the rotary type door handles. At the moment this is all we have but it seems very 'flimsy' and we would like something a bit beefier. All the ones I can find on-line are for lever handles. Thanks, Jan
