Try and find out locally where the taxis fill up. Our nearby Autogas is taxi central.

That a very "area specific" suggestion to make!
Guessing... maybe, you from the Midlands where gas taxi's are apparently common..
But not here. Infact around these parts any sort of taxi is rare..

I am very sorry to give an “area specific” suggestion; I’m afraid I have no knowledge of where you are or what the facilities are local to you. I was just making a comment that might have been helpful; #Simon Meadwell at #33 gives a similar idea.

Hello all, great to see so many LPG Motorhome people. Other forums/groups hardly have any. My van is petrol and I'm looking for advice on LPG and CNG for travelling all over Europe. I'd be very grateful for useful links.

Majority of those using LPG pumps are, like us, for habitation use, cooking and heating.
Son had an LPG converted car till recently and is thinking of putting it in his doblo, he gets his fuel mainly from a main Calor station, they run their vans on LPG.

Just been to Morrisons in Littlehampton. They still have an LPG pump and they have installed electric charging points in the carpark. Maybe they will keep both?

Passed Morrisons coming out of Kings Lynn Railway station this morning and there was a mini coach filling with LPG, many of the local taxi fleet use LPG too.

We all have to get real... The days of supermarkets in the UK selling LPG is coming to the end. In future we will buy our bread at a supermarket and gas at a specialist gas retailer.. LPG will never go away, we will have to plan a bit better than just popping out to the local supermarket 😳
