Last year whilst driving down here I went under a cover which wasn't as high as expected :( Big roof window gone :(

I bought a tough plastic sheet and fixed the hole with gaffer tape.

It's still ok and hidden inside by the sliding shutter.

But will it fail the MOT. ?

I'm driving back to UK in 3 weeks and need to plan ahead.

Cheers

Don't know if you are joking, but if not , what's inside the van has nothing to do with mot, they never even look in past the seat belts and warning lights.

just spoke to my MOT chap, and he would not fail it.
hope this helps.

You can stick your head out if it gets too hot,or Elvis could :sneaky:.

My car has just passed its MOT: neither of the front windows can be opened and the boot release is a piece of string which has to be pulled from the back seat  . All mildly annoying, but not a problem as far as MOTs are concerned.

Don't worry - Gordon
