Hi all, I have an IPhone 12 and an I pad pro. Just recently I am having trouble loading Amazon on my I pad? It loads fine on my I Phone using both It’s own sim (three) and my router with a Vodafone data sim. But not on my I pad again using its own cellular sim (Three) or my Vodafone data sim via my router. It had been fine up to a few days ago. Both items have the latest version of software. ?

Thank you but I have tried that twice but no improvement i just used to put www.amazon.co.uk in the search line and it loaded fine.

Are you using the Amazon app or just using a web browser?

Sorry no help to you but that link works on my iPad on iPadOS 15.3 and also the Amazon app works for me.

Remove your cache files, reboot and start fresh.

After I updated my Laptop just after Xmas, I had similar problems. I now goes to Amazon but the site is so difficult to use, I gave up and saved myself a small fortune.
I might try some of the suggestions and see if it returns but as I have forgotten my password I might have to use a different ID?

It’s working for others so it must be a local issue. 🤔
How about smile.amazon.com ?
Or the opposite to what you’re trying? app or Safari

All I get is script down the left hand side of the page, no graphics (pictures) at all??

I use Window 10.

Amazon no longer supports some iPads with earlier software. I had the same problem with my iPad and deleted the app and I find it easy to log on and purchase without having the app installed.

if you don’t get it sorted, just think of the money you’ll save.😀

Sadly it hasn't stopped me buying stuff, now it's from other sources! :(

Like DaveandJen suggest, the recent iPhone 12 must be able to take a newer iOS release than the iPad Pro.
But would that nobble Amazon via Safari? Maybe. Lots of apps are just often just a pretty front end to websites. 🤷‍♂️
