Has the modifications devalued the van?

some of the wiring runs leave a bit to be desired and that wood burner is huge for a van has it devalued it? probably not someone will see it as desirable

Looking at MoT history it has hardly been used on the road. Log burner not for me.
I would guess that this has been used mainly as a home rather than a motorhome, perhaps while building dream home that it is parked in front of?
Interesting toilet facility, would not accommodate my backside!
Why tack wiring around the outside?

I am not convinced this would be insurable once you mention the modification to install the log burner?

I’d want to be very sure that log burner was safe ... too many cases of CO poisoning in home installs.
