Any ideas folks? I was told it was a dragonfly about to emerge but having googled, I'm not convinced

Dragonfly nymph looks nothing like it and lives in the water until it emerges as a dragonfly....

I'll try to identify it..

Did you know that apart from the Loch Ness Monster (Nessiteras Rhombopteryx), the only known species for which we don't have a type specimen is Homo Sapiens?
And that's NOT ironic.
Or is it?????
