I managed to snap off 3 tiny lugs on my water inlet filler cap (begs the question what the point of a locking filler cap is when I can twist off the lugs trying to lock it). Anyway..

Any ideas on where to get a suitable replacement? There seem to be any number of variants.

I'm glad I'm not the only one to have done this! Darren looks after the ebay sales as well as the Hymer spares, I think he is still based in Preston, great lad, always happy to dig out the part number and send a drawing if there is confusion.

I think this is the one you need (from Brownhills Ebay shop) run by Darren Leadbetter

Excellent.. I'm on it.

Edit. Ordered. It says I can even use the lock barrel from my old one. I promise to be more careful with this one (although those lugs don't half look flimsy. I'm not convinced they would prevent a determined Mouse from twisting it off)

Yep! Same problem. Like the idea of swapping the old key barrel over. Surprised the old ones still there after the mad dash through Spain and France- not to mention the British roads! ( oops! I just did!!!) ! Cheers people! Just about to order one!
