Hymer Warrany Worries help please

Hi everyone , I am hoping someone out there can help me . I have a Hymer A class bought new in March 2019 . I have a problem with the Truma boiler (the overheat trip keeps going off ) but reading through the Hymer warranty (very difficult to do ) I don’t know if the warranty for the boiler ( or any other apppliance in the motorhome ) is covered by warranty for one or three years . I understand the Mercedes warranty is three years but what about the appliances?

I have contacted Truma who were very good , they told me the boiler needs the overheat circuit testing and possibly replacing . Has anyone had appliances repaired in within three years under warranty. Thanks all .

I think you will find if it is the same as our 2019 Burstner the habitation side is only two years.

The Hymer warranty and the parts like the heater, the fridge etc is all a 2 year warranty.
I think you will find your Mercedes warranty is also 2 years.

Most EU built MHs are 2 years for both habitation and base vehicle, it tends to only be UK built ones than benefit from 3 years for both (not all though).

If its out of warranty and you need a repair or service and you live near doncaster ,i can recomend a very good hymer specialist ,he did ours ,and was very good ,

I’d ask Truma directly what their warranty is.

When we had our NiBi the habitation warranty was 2 years, but Alde guaranteed their heating system for 3 years and did a boiler repair themselves at no cost.

Ask Truma what their warranty is, and take it in to their place near Derby to be done.
