Hi,cant help with the seats,think you will have a problem there.
The side glass is easy becouse its flat so any of the people that make glass for diggers etc should be able to fix you up with that cheaply.

hymer uk were selling of a complete side window for one of these recently, cant remember the price but if not sold maybe they will sell it in bits?
