Hymer screen washer pipes

2013 Hymer with the normal 3 wiper blades. The wiper shafts come through the windscreen.
On the outside, around the wiper shaft there is a black plastic disc with a stub to push on the hose that goes along the wiper arm. I want to replace the hose in engine compartment. Is that disc held on with double sided tape? Can I just ease it forward to expose the hose from engine compartment so it can be changed? From inside all I see is a hose disappearing into the fibreglass.

The answer is,. The plastic disc is held on by some "glue" stuff. No need to remove wiper arm. The disc can be peeled off the screen and the old hose can be removed. I pushed the new hose into the engine compartment from outside and was able to push it onto the connector in the disc, then push the disc back onto the screen, it was sticky enough to stay without new glue.
