Hymer roof whip aerial (1 Viewer)

I have just picked up a new Exsis t and am trying to get the TV to work. We have a Avtex tv and I have turned on the 5v aerial power as suggested, but no luck so far. The dealer said that the roof aerial will work, perhaps I am doing something wrong, can anyone help?

Look at tv settings. There may be an ariel booster option.

Many thanks, that was the 5v aerial power that I turned on. I just wonder do these whip aerial's actually work?

Yes they do work brilliantly well mine does. As long as the 5v antenna power is on on the TV it should work. Have you got the other setting on the TV correct, i.e. you are tunning in the digital channels and not analog.

Thanks for that, I have tried tuning the digital channels several times, as yet no signal.

Have you turned on the 5v using the menu on the tv itself?
