How to stop Avtex TV from dropping down

In our Autotrail Tracker, the Avtex TV is in a drop-down bracket fixed to the cab ceiling. On a few occasions lately on bumpy roads, it's dropped unexpectedly. The rotating catch that's supposed to secure it works loose with vibration. It hasn't hit either of us yet fortunately, but obviously it needs to be fixed. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

I don't know how old your Tracker is but this was a well known problem a few years ago. I believe AT issued a fix. May be worth talking to them.

Thanks. It’s a 2019 EKS model. I’ll speak to AT as you suggest.
