Hi I got a 2004 rapido 966 want to renew kitchen tap as I have renewed cartridge still letting water out can’t see how to get to it what’s the best way to do this job thanks Andy Southampton

I don't know your van but can you not take the whole sink out. You should see then how the tap is secured.

I had to take the sink out on both my Autotrail and IH and it is not difficult.

They are not stuck in and usually just held by a few clips on the underside.

Hi no it’s fitted under work top yours must been easy Andy

Maybe the fridge has to come out ?
Put some pictures up and We can have a look.

the fridge will need to come out on that model

Lots

You might as well give it a service whilst it's out.
Don't worry, it'll be back together again by Easter

Maybe if you remove the external upper fridge vent you may be able to get to the tap otherwise it's a fridge out which isn't a big job but you will have to turn off the gas bottle etc etc etc.

I agree - hopefully access via the Fridge vent. (y)

Thanks I will have a look tomorrow at the vent thanks guys Andy

via the vent is not an easy job as if, that's a big if, you can reach the underside of the tap, you will be working by touch
