How to cancel an ACSI subscription?

As per the title, how to cancel an ACSI subscription?
We have not actually made use of ours for the past 5 years !

We emailed them John, then stopped the payment. If I remember correctly it took 2 attempts before getting it done.
If we need the books and card we'll get them from the shop opposite Raco.

I got an email from them today saying that if you need to change any account details for next year's guide, you should do so by 16 October, so I guess that may be a deadline?

I think it is so that subscribers get them before Christmas.

Didn't realise it was on repeat subscription until mine was renewed last year, cancelled but too late. As said above there's a deadline but an email to cancel was acknowledged so hopefully it won't go out this year. Like Jaws mine hasn't been used for years.

The few times we tried to use it, the camp sites all said the same.. Happy to charge us the ACSI price but their normal price was actually lower !
