WOW !!
But then I look at that and I know why I thought motorhoming was not for me all those years ago.
Yes, they were indeed ahead of their time, but look at a caravan from the 70's..
It's beautiful!!!-- reminds me of back in 1973, with a 3 month old baby, to save money my husband and I bought an old 11foot caravan and parked up near Filey on a farm campsite. My OH was a musician playing the season at Butlins and we thought living in the van for 4 weeks til our new house was ready would save us some money. 2 adults, one baby and a dog lived in it for 4 months......... it was ...cosy? Probably cramped, everything washed by hand (including the nappies!!) but I remember only sunny days and a happy suntanned baby.
Hope your van finds a loving home.

Paralanian eh? I haven't seen one of those for years.
As a matter of interest - a little quizz - does anyone out there know how it became named the 'Paralanean'?
Bradford based Paralanian produced luxury coachbuilt motorhomes in the late 1950s in its Parry Lane works (hence the name). .
