How Do I Take Care Of My Lithium Battery?

A great question but in my opinion this is not the place to raise it. No one will be able to answer your question as fully as the manufacturer and if not them, the place from where you purchased it. You can then compare with the advice you have received here.

Unfortunately, both the manufacturer and the place we bought it from (who also installed it) are French and we don't speak French.

Two minutes on tinternet and I got this.
ATTENTION:
• Ultimatron LiFePO4 batteries can be connected both in series and in parallel in the maximum number of 4 units.
• Ultimatron batteries cannot be used as engine starter batteries.
If charged by alternators (campers and other vehicles) it is advisable to install a lithium battery charger.
• The BMS does not cut currents above 50A but the battery wears out above this value first.

Thank you SO much!! That's really useful :)

finding time is tough at the moment, as our schedule is quite full. However, if we manage to squeeze in some time in the MH, I'll let you know how we get on.
Do what many do: Decide upon your m/h schedule and squeeze everything else in around it. ;)

The manual (in French) can be translated into English by using Google Translate. this vesion is for laptops. there are other free versions for phones, tablets etc.,etc.

You may have to copy and paste sections of interest into the translator as I'm not sure it will translate the whole manaual in one go. I'll have a quick look myself.

It should be easier than it is, as, for the most part, we can work from anywhere we like. The problem arises when we need to visit suppliers and/or customers, as that generally means carting heavy equipment in a rental van. We've just been talking about going to Benidorm in a week or so. We've got all excited having had the heating on for the last 3 hours and feeling how warm it was in there when I went to turn it off! :giggle::cool:

Actually, the manual is in different languages...with English at the end :) Some of it doesn't make sense but I can get the general gist of it :)
