House plant identification help. (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know what this is ..
We bought it as a very small plant 2 years ago outside a house near a rally, no label on it.
It has a type of seed that fills all the edge of the leaves and is now starting to flower at the top.

It's not a triffid.
