House insurance with long holidays

Anyone had any good results with house insurers who cover for 60 days + . Just been quoted £750 for a 3 bed detached inc 60 days away .

We had to switch insurance companies as we had a 90 day trip planned. We ended up going with M&S insurance as they allow 90 days as standard.

We are £300 buildings and contents. No accidental damage covered. No issues with time away we do 90 days
Our renewal was £600 so I just took out a new policy with the wife as first name.
I checked with them and they said they was ok.
Next year I will revert back with a new policy and me first.

I increased my cover from 30 to 60 days with Barclays, now Aviva, home insurance at no extra cost. Just has to let them know.

Caravan & camping Club insurance up to 180 days away in one trip (if my memory serves me correctly) I thought that was a total for the year, but when I asked it seems you can do multiple trips up to 180 days per year as long as you are home in between!!

We changed to M&S for the 90 days cover, for us in a 2 bed detached bungalow it’s just over £200 and that includes 4 bikes. They use the dearest bike as limited which is £3k, couldn’t get it cheaper or close anywhere else.

M&S for us. Changed from the CC&MH after a premium increase. Also cover two e-bikes at £4.5k each.
