I know there are a number of horsey types in Fun; maybe you're already aware of this but it has hit the news today so worth sharing:
There's a huge increase in northern Europe including UK of cases of fatal Atypical Myopathy due to poisoning from eating sycamore seeds. Horses should be kept away from sycamores either by moving to another pasture or fencing off the trees.
Symptoms: pain (like colic), stiffness (like azoturia).
If concerned, call your vet immediately.
