honfluer aire

Very nice town but if you have no need to be there, the aire is a good one to miss, nothing going for it at all , rough ground , dear 12 euros , I think, can't get at electric , crowded out, boats rattling all night, far better ones around about, but if you want to go into the town you don't have a lot of choice.

Been a few times, visited last Aug on the way home..

there are a lot better aires than Honfluer but it serves a purpose.. ie ... parking to visit the town..

Leave the main touristy streets and expensive restaurants, and explore the back alleys and find eateries that locals use.. .. very interesting

The site near the lighthouse looked cramped, small pitches .. wasn't impressed by it.. it was packed full of caravans
