Hobby 750 electric step - which model fits?

Which electric step have you got on your van?

I know there's loads of electric steps and they're all different dimensions so just trying to quickly narrow down which step Hobby 750 owners have fitted.

Some unbranded piece of rubbish that doesn't fit properly or retract property because it hits the chassis.

Do you know which model? It's usually written on the front edge of the step (like Omnistor 550 or something) if it fits your Hobby 750 then I should be able to get the equivalent model with electric

Thanks Peter, that's exactly what I need and you've done pictures which is a godsend

How wide is your step? Can you run a tape measure across the front step if you get a moment. The model number usually refers to the width of the step (400, 450, 550 etc..)

At least I know it's an omnistep which is a great help.

Oh dear sorry abt that! We are now at Priddy Fair in the Hobby up on the Mendips and if it's any consolation my daughter and her friend have wrecked the van while I have been out playing music with friends around the campfire! You can see them looking out the window?

Peter,

Any chance you can post some more pictures of your step installation from under the van? The more pictures the better.

I need to see how and where they've attached that step for best positioning.

There's absolutely no rush....please don't rush!

I've just spent nearly a grand on a tent and on top of that, there's the new mifi box and 4g antenna set up, and cabbunk and a bloomin' expensive holiday to Spain to pay for.

I think the van will be an antique before I have enough to fit that step!
