High level brake lights

Hi all

i am very new to this so please be gentle, I have a HYMER mil 580 4x4 and the high level brake light has gone, I just got a quote from a dealership ?? So can anyone advise how I sourcethe correct non HYMER part, I have the prt number etc but most web pages are just a search and I cannot find one that looks similar

I have a 12v issue after using a 12 v tyre inflator which I assume tripped a fuse , the dash screen will not come on with the ignition , I have to switch on with the isolator switch to use radio or sat nav etc

The Fuse is likely to be in the cab fuse block down by the drivers right leg
