Wonder how much a similar self build would cost to build 🤔

Price list here if anybody needs it ;) starts at about €600k and you only need another €60k for options as it's quite well specced to start.

Is there any discount for multi-purchases Martin? At that price we should really have one each ;)

Too big for me mate so you are on your own i'm afraid, there will be a discount though I am sure even just for one.

You've already got the best Morelo van out there sir...........

Good heavens, that’s a lot of dosh.

I wonder how many they will sell in a year?

Where would you park the beast?

I will have half a dozen! You could buy a country for less! Aimed I think at F1 and Moto GP riders!

If twelve Funsters were to purchase one on a share-only basis then each share would be 4-5 weeks per year (about the average MoHo usage of a busy working family) and they would get an Empire Liner to use instead of something a bit, errrrrr, less sophisticated

What a great idea but fly in the ointment ....insurance.........just try no one will insure! You need to call ,,,,on.. to *discuss*!

I love those lockers with all the gadget eletrickery in. I could spend all day gazing in those wondering what everything does :giggle: So neat and organised.

What this?

I know the 4 blue things on the left are the cheap solar controllers that they fit to ours :giggle: oh and the three little black things high up in the middle are LED dimmer units, other than that it is just a thing of beauty as you rightly suggest sir(y)

For that sort of money you would have thought it would have a bit more style not just look like a coach

I don't understand that lot but I like the look of it Martin.

Here's a pic of one of the three electrical cupboards in the boat we looked at the other day.

Anyone know where the wires go because I've not got a bloody clue.

Its good that vehicles of this type are being produced it shows there are people prepared to pay for what they want.
It might be just me but i would be embarrassed owning one .
My last job was building Rolls Royce Phantoms and although being at heart BMWs i would be embarrassed driving one or owning one . You can be rich but you cant buy class .

The problem is like Yachts, super yachts and the like you buy what you think is the biggest and best only to find someone else has brought a bigger one. Who needs to spend 600 euros on a Motorhome? It’s a bit in the large side to be practical (in my opinion) . But maybe that’s not the point.

Pretty impressive! Have Promobil got a really short presenter on the video or is that truly a lot of headroom? My big problem aesthetically with most car garage models is that it compromises the bedroom so much but that looked really spacious.

530hp is a lot of power for 18 tonnes but looking at the driveline they seem to be fitting the latest line in irritating 'driver aids' Predictive powertrain suggests that its similar to the cruise control fitted to the later Scania's, its equipped with contour mapping and obviously knows where it is, so if you set it at 56, it knows whats coming in terms of gradients so if you re climbing a hill and it knows theres a downhill afterwards it will calculate where it can knock the power off going uphill to be doing 56 again at the bottom of the downhill, which totally defeats the point of having a big motor and totally confuses the guys you ve just passed as your speed drops to as little as 40. I'm sure people think you ve broken down and wouldnt that make them laugh at you in your big posh motor. Thats why I'm out:LOL::LOL::LOL:

We are on Binic Aire at present and there is a Morello Palace Liner a couple of vans from us.
Its dwarfing everyone and sticks out into the middle of the Aire, we think it’s about 9 metres long and very tall doesn't have a slide out tho!
The chap that came round checking we all had a ticket (5€) struggled to see the receipt on the front screen It was so high up!

That does all sound a bit nuts Jon, does it also do flat out down the hill to get a run at the other side? I guess it doesn't need to with bucket loads of torque, well whatever I hope it has an "off" switch,
